INTAKE 1:1 Online Session – introduction and preparation for the therapy course.
Duration: 60 to 120 minutes
Price: €100 (for 60 minutes)

1:1 Online Therapy Session – therapy with timeline analysis and therapeutic exercises aimed at breaking patterns.
Duration: 60 minutes
Price: €100 per session

The duration of therapy typically includes up to 20 sessions:

First 12 sessions: weekly
Next 6 sessions: every 2 weeks
Last 2 sessions: monthly

1:1 Online Tarot&Therapy/Astrology Insight Session – Tarot/Astrology reading with interpretation and joint analysis, aimed at gaining insight into emotions and situations.
Duration: 30 minutes / 60 minutes
Price: €50 per session / €100 per session

Disclaimer: These sessions can be booked as a one-time appointment and also function as a therapeutic form within art therapy. While they are a valid form of therapy in themselves, a single session does not reflect the full depth and continuity of a complete therapeutic program. The same topic cannot be revisited more than once per month, though other themes are always welcome. For those seeking deeper guidance, a full program offers ongoing support in integrating the insights gained during these sessions into everyday life.

Grouptherapy Sessions with art therapist colleague Miëtte Linssen (Moon Gatherings) – grouptherapy sessions combining therapy, tarot and astrology, focused on personal development, prevention, and emotional processing.
Duration: up to 4 hours
Frequency: twice a month
Price: €100 per participant

Costs and Payment Terms

Payment Methods: Advance payment required via bank transfer or Tikkie. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment is completed. It will be added to the schedule once the payment has been received. Due to high demand, if the payment is not completed, the appointment will be canceled, and the slot will be given to someone else.

Overtime Fees: Additional charge of €1.70 per minute exceeding the scheduled session time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation: No charge if canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Late Cancellation: A fee equal to the session rate applies. The next appointment can only be scheduled after the no-show fee has been paid.

Special Terms for New Clients

Collaboration Agreement: Required before starting the course. It includes client details, information about the selected service, and the client’s needs.

Documentation Management and Complaints

Documentation management is part of the course. Complaints should first be discussed internally to explore possible solutions. Therapy is conducted online via WhatsApp.

Complaint Procedure

In the event of a complaint, the procedure is as follows: first, you should communicate your complaint directly to the therapist (me). If no suitable solution is reached, I follow the guidelines of the Wkkgz (Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints, and Disputes Act).

After an attempt has been made to resolve the issue together, and if this is not successful, I will provide my customer number, allowing you to formally submit a complaint under the Wkkgz.
